The European Union and Japan represent two of the most sophisticated and influential ecosystems in global animation. The World Expo 2025 in Osaka provided the perfect setting for the first EU–Japan Animation Business Workshop

The visit of the MPCC Director to Kyiv unfolded with deliberate focus and disciplined coordination. In a series of high-level meetings with Ukrainian defence leadership, discussions helped further EU Military Assistance Mission to Ukraine (EUMAM UA) prudent planning for the coming period.

On 20 November, the Young Activist Summit (YAS) gathered more than 1,000 young people in Geneva under this year’s theme, “From Hashtag to Action: Using technology to drive positive change.” The EU has been a proud partner of YAS since its launch in 2019. This year, six young multipliers from the EEAS initiative #OurVoiceOurFuture (OVOF) took part in the Summit and joined the discussions.
