European Union visits Medan

The EU Ambassador to Indonesia and Ambassadors from EU Member States will visit Medan this October 2016 to promote Europe and to enhance linkages with the province of North Sumatra and the city of Medan.

The purpose of this event is to disseminate information on scholarship opportunities – provided by the EU and its Member States – to potential students. It is a unique event where visitors can meet directly with representatives of scholarship providers.

Note:

  • Open for public (FREE entrance)
  • The event will consist of series of presentations by participating exhibitors.
  • Each exhibitor will conduct a 25-minute presentation which consists of: a powerpoint presentation followed by a Q&A.
  • The capacity of the presentation room is 700 persons. The room will be closed once it is full on the basis of first come first served.
  • Visitors who cannot enter the presentation room may visit the scholarship tables to obtain information directly from exhibitors.
