EU delegation in Moscow for informal and technical consultations on counter-terrorism

A delegation from the European Union will travel to Moscow on 8 February 2017 for informal and technical consultations on counter-terrorism. The delegation is headed by the Deputy Secretary General of the EU External Action Service, Pedro Serrano, the Commission Deputy Director General for Security, Olivier Onidi, and the EU Counter-Terrorism Coordinator, Gilles de Kerchove.
