EU Ambassador to Iraq, Ramon Blecua, delivered a copy of his letters of credentials today to the Head of Protocol Department, Mr. Manhal Al-Safi, in the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Baghdad.
Amb. Blecua started his duties as EU Ambassador to Iraq in early Septmeber 2017.
