In recent months, Russia has chosen the path of escalation, adhering to maximalist positions, increased attacks against the innocent civilians, and conducted unprecedented and intentional violation of EU Member States’ airspace by drones and planes. 

Russia undermines European and global peace and security. These actions demonstrate that Russia is the one undermining the prospects of peace. Nobody wants peace more than Ukrainians. 

Together, we urge all global partners to use their influence and maximise pressure on Russia to immediately end this unlawful war and work towards a just and lasting peace.  

We remain unwavering in our support for Ukraine. We stand with Ukraine militarily, economically, politically and diplomatically.  

We support a just and lasting peace based on international law and the UN Charter. Our support to Ukraine is about making peace a reality.
