Communication and Visibility Junior Non-Key Expert

The Preparation for Sectoral Operational Programme 2024–2027 Employment and Social Inclusion project (IPA III), implemented by a consortium led by WYG Consulting Ltd., is seeking a Communication and Visibility Junior Non-Key Expert (JNKE). 

The expert will provide support to the project team and beneficiary institutions in the implementation of communication and visibility activities as specified in the ToR. 

Requirements 

•  University degree (where a degree has been awarded on completion of four years study in a university or equivalent institution) in communication, journalism, marketing or other closely related field; 
•  Minimum 5 years of professional experience in communication /marketing /advertising/ journalism/ or similar fields 
•  Ability to work systematically, methodically, methodologically and accurately. 
•  Ability to work under the guidance of senior experts and deliver high-quality inputs on time. 
•  Advanced computer skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
•  Demonstrated experience in EU-funded projects, with a particular emphasis on the sectors of social policy and inclusion, employment, and ESF-related instruments. 
•  Ability to produce inclusive, accessible, communication materials 
•  Experience in designing, facilitating, and moderating interactive sessions, including focus groups, panel discussions, local-level workshops, and participatory consultations, round tables, etc. 
•  Experience in writing and editing texts, developing scripts, coordinating production processes, and creating multimedia formats such as podcasts, short video stories, and audio/radio features. 
•  Excellent command of English; knowledge of the local language is an asset.

•  Period: November 2026 – May 2029 
•  Working days: 205
