Head of Mission meets the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia

On 22 October, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, received the Head of EUPM Armenia, Cosmin Dinescu. The two discussed further cooperation between the Mission and Armenian institutions.

Secretary Simonyan thanked the Mission for its work and underlined the importance of EU support in strengthening the resilience of Armenia’s state institutions.

EUPM Armenia is a civilian advisory mission under the EU Common Security and Defence Policy, established at the request of the Government of Armenia. It supports Armenian institutions in addressing hybrid threats, including foreign information manipulation and interference, cyber-attacks and illicit financial flows.
