The theme of the festival is "Rules and prohibitions". Any society is built on principles and the violation of these principles is considered undesirable or even unacceptable. We will try to understand how these formal and unspoken restrictions affect our lives, if they are justified and what happens if they are violated.

Famous scientists, teachers and experts from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Europe will read dozens of lectures for the city's residents on the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theater on 30 June as well as meet with the audience in informal urban areas on 1 July. The Delegation of the European Union to Russia supports the festival by bringing 3 speakers from France, Estonia and Sweden.

The entrance to the festival is free upon prior registration.

"Campus" is organized by "Paper Media" in cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union to Russia, the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theater, ITMO University and European university in St Petersburg. "Campus" continues the project "Open university" which was organized by the leading universities in town and "Paper Media" in 2015 and 2016.
