The European Union supports ASEAN in its border management

INTERPOL is training 20 female law enforcement officers from nine ASEAN countries under the EU-ASEAN Migration and Border Management Programme II. The training aims to build capacity to address issues such as illegal migration, people smuggling and border management. The two-week training course takes place from 23 July to 1 August 2018 in Manila, the Philippines.
