• To improve efficiency in management practices and system maintenance of water treatment and distribution network by the SWM.
• To improve water resources protection to secure (safe and healthy) and sustainable drinking water services by the SWM.
• To improve water quality testing and analysis by the SWM.
• Awareness-raising on drinking water supply.
