Official opening of the European Heritage Days in Armenia

Welcoming speeches will be made by Ambassador Piotr Świtalski, Head of the European Union Delegation to Armenia and Lilit Makunts, Minister of Culture of Armenia. Afterwards a press briefing will be held, which will be followed by a surprise dance performance (flash mob) of European and Armenian national dances.

This opening ceremony and its following surprise event are jointly organized by the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia and the Ministry of Culture of Armenia.

2018 is marked as the "European Year of Cultural Heritage". This year the European Heritage Days events in Armenia are held under the title "The Art of Sharing" on 22 and 23 September. Access is free to all organizations party to the programme.
