EU aims to break barriers with 2019 film festival in Jamaica

Cultural exchanges, in a variety of forms, remain a very strategic means of breaking down barriers and improving understanding among people from different backgrounds.

The European Union recognises their immense benefit. That's why hosting an annual film festival in its partner countries like Jamaica is so important. It allows the EU to reach out and connect with people in countries where it works. That's just what the EU Delegation in Jamaica aims to do with the European Union Film Festival, Jamaica 2019 which will run from June 3-9.
