Young Belarusians invited to EU-organised festival in Minsk

The "EU-Belarus: Opportunities for Youth" festival will take place in the OK16 centre on Kastrychnitskaya Street between 14:00 and 21:00. Admission to all events, including a rock concert that will crown the festival, will be free.
