The programme aims at achieving equal access for all children to all educational levels, improved system efficiency through a decentralised, school-based approach that enhances community participation and effective management of public spending, and an enhanced quality of educational services.

Description: The Education Sector Policy Support Programme supports the ongoing National Strategic Plan for the reform of pre-university education developed by the Ministry of Education. The programme aims at achieving equal access for all children to all educational levels, improved system efficiency through a decentralised, school-based approach that enhances community participation and effective management of public spending, and an enhanced quality of educational services.
