Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice President of the Commission, announced today the appointment of 11 new Heads of EU Delegations in the framework of the regular rotation for this year.

Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice President of the Commission, announced today the appointment of 11 new Heads of EU Delegations in the framework of the regular rotation for this year.

Daniela TRAMACERE has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Barbados, to Antigua and Barbuda, to Dominica, to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and to Saint Kitts and Nevis. She was previously serving as Chargé d'Affaires at the EU Delegation to Trinidad and Tobago. 
  
Alexandre LEITAO has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Timor-Leste. He was previously serving as Diplomatic Advisory at the Office of the Prime Minister of Portugal.
  
Stefano GATTO has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Guatemala. He was previously serving as Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Pakistan.
  
Malgorzata WASILEWSKA has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Jamaica and to Belize. She was previously serving as Head of Division for Conflict Prevention, Peace Building and Mediation within the EEAS.

Leo FABER has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Laos. He was previously serving as Deputy Secretary General within the Luxembourg Foreign Ministry.
 
Bettina MUSCHEIDT has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Libya. She was previously serving as Head of the EU Delegation to Yemen.

Maria CASTILLO FERNANDEZ has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Malaysia. She was previously serving as Head of Division for India, Nepal, Bhutan, and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) within the EEAS.
 
Rupert SCHLEGELMILCH has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to OECD/UNESCO in Paris. He was previously serving as Director for Services and Investment, Intellectual Property and Public Procurement at the Directorate-General Trade of the European Commission.

Tung-Lai MARGUE has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. He was previously serving as Director/Head of Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) in the European Commission.

Jean-Michel DUMOND has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Sudan. He was previously serving as Head of the EU Delegation to the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Arend BIESEBROEK has been appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Trinidad and Tobago. He was previously serving as Head of Cooperation at the EU Delegation to Zambia.
