Civil Society Organisation (CSO) Thematic Programme in Indonesia - Publication reference: EuropeAid/187605/DD/ACT/ID
The European Commission is seeking proposals for innovative actions by civil society organisations (CSOs) to strengthen local CSOs as independent actors in good governance and development within the priority areas of EU-Indonesia cooperation, with financial support from the CSO Thematic Programme in Indonesia.
This call for proposals is divided into two Lots:
LOT 1: Just Green Transition
The specific objective is to strengthen the capacity of CSOs to engage in and contribute to an inclusive and just green transition, in any of the following sector(s): energy transition (Just Energy Transition Partnership – JETP), sustainable agriculture and land use management, forestry, circular economy, and sustainable natural resource management sectors, including coastal and marine ecosystem conservation, with particular attention to affected communities and groups in vulnerable situations. An Action may focus on one or several green sectors as above.
LOT 2: Ending Violence and Empowering Women and Girls
The specific objective is to contribute to preventing and eliminating all forms of violence against women and girls by improving access to quality survivor-centred services, strengthening prevention and protection mechanisms, and promoting their full, equal and meaningful participation in economic, social and public life, including through sustainable livelihood opportunities

An information session on this call for proposals will be held on 6 October 2026 at 14:00 Jakarta time in hybrid format. Participants attending the session in person are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
