DELARM: DIPLOMATIC CAR FOR SALE

The Delegation of the European Union to Armenia, based in Yerevan, invites offers for purchase of the following vehicle on an "as is where is" basis:

We will be accepting bids in EUR or AMD for the vehicle to be sold in bid forms (see the link to the document below). 

Please send your offer by completing the bid form (Offer – Motor Vehicle Tender) together with supporting documents via email to DELEGATION-ARMENIA-HOA@eeas.europa.eu

 The package should include the completed (signed) form, together with legible copies of your valid photo ID.

Deadline for submission is: 5 p.m. Friday 18 September 2026. 

Only applications received via e-mail and complying with the instructions laid out on our website will be considered. Late offers will not be considered.

All offers will be analysed by an auction committee designated according to the rules. The highest or any tender need not necessarily be accepted.

Please note that: 

• The Delegation will not supply additional information or discuss the sale by telephone: please address any queries concerning the sale to DELEGATION-ARMENIA-HOA@eeas.europa.eu
• Bids are not negotiable once submitted
• Vehicles cannot be sold to the Delegation staff
• All costs incurred during the sale or transfer, taxes and any other administrative expenses must be met by the buyer
• Payment must be made in AMD or EUR. (Infor euro for the months of September https://commission.europa.eu/funding-and-tenders/procedures-guidelines-tenders/information-contractors-and-beneficiaries/exchange-rate-inforeuro_en will be used to compare the offers submitted in AMD with the offers submitted in EUR)
• All vehicles are sold as is, in their present condition with no guarantee or warranty
• This invitation is in no way binding to the Delegation.
