The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security  Policy/ Vice-President of the European Commission Josep Borrell visited Phnom Penh, Cambodia from 3 to 5 August 2022 for the annual Ministerial Meeting between the EU and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), as well as the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Ministerial Meeting, and for holding a number of bilateral meetings.
