Povezani kroz dobro: Video message by EU Ambassador Soreca following his visit to Travnik, Šipovo, Bosanski Petrovac and Bihać

Bosnia and Herzegovina is a country of remarkable potential. 

In every corner of the country, we see people committed to building a better future - through entrepreneurship, education, cultural preservation. 

The EU path is most of all about people. We support efforts to improve their lives and promote the values that bring people together.

Over two days, I have travelled from Travnik to Šipovo to Bosanski Petrovac to Bihać with EU Member States ambassadors to BiH. We have met local partners and seen initiatives that demonstrate what our Team Europe partnership looks like on the ground.

In Travnik, we visited the Fortress - a landmark that has stood for centuries, carefully restored with the support of the European Union.

In Šipovo, we met the Topić family, who for over 15 years have been producing high-quality juices from local fruit grown without pesticides - a perfect example of how people can succeed with the right support. 

In Bosanski Petrovac, we visited the Pirnar factory, an important investment from a Slovenian company that shows the successful results of working together. 

And here in Bihać, we met young people - students from Bihać and Banja Luka who came together through the EU’s GenChange initiative. They are building bridges, proving that progress starts when young people are given space to lead, create, and believe in their own potential. These young people are not waiting for change - they are the generation that brings change.

Each of these stories shows what our partnership stands for: cooperation, creativity, and innovation - in every part of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The European Union will continue to stand with all citizens of this country.  

Because every project, every idea, and every connection brings us closer together.

We are, and will remain, povezani kroz dobro.
