Bidding Form
Conditions of Sales:
- Public Sales. The motorcycle will be sold to a bidder with the highest bid.
- Minimum Bid. To qualify, all bids start at the minimum above-mentioned price – indicate minimum bid price. Bids lower than the aforementioned price shall be rejected.
- The motorcycle will be sold in the condition it is seen, without warranty or recourse.
- A successful bidder must pay 100% of the bid price to the EU Delegation within 5 working days after the notice of award, before the motorcycle can be released.
- Tax. The motorcycle has an import tax. The successful bidder is responsible for vehicle ownership transfer and obtaining a vehicle license plate. The CD plate will be removed from the motorcycle.
- Rights to Reject Award. Any findings of a conflict of interest will not only disqualify the awardee but also prohibit the bidder in any future bidding by the EU Delegation.
- Costs. Related costs for removal and transport of the motorcycle from the EU Delegation shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
- The motorcycle is available for inspection at the Delegation of the European Union, located at No. 100A, Preah Norodom Blvd, Chaktomuk, Daun Penh from 11 June to 17 June 2024 during the working hours. Please contact Mr Sros Lam, Tel: 012 522 585, for inspection.
- All bids must be submitted to the Delegation of the European Union to the Kingdom of Cambodia no later than 17 June 2024 at 17:00, in a sealed envelope marked with "Bid for EU Motorcycle". The successful bidder will be notified by 21 June 2024 by email or phone.
