EU-CELAC summit

The European Union - Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (EU-CELAC) Summit takes place on 9 November 2025 in Santa Marta, Colombia.

The fourth EU-CELAC summit will bring the European Union and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) together. The summit will be co-chaired by the President of the European Council, António COSTA, and the President of Colombia, Gustavo PETRO, in his current role as CELAC pro tempore president.
