Peace for Ukraine Forum invites Indonesian youths to participate as youth delegates and present their opinions on peace and the dangers of disinformation, especially related to the war in Ukraine. The forum will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia.

What is Peace for Ukraine Forum? Peace for Ukraine Forum is an egalitarian, youth-oriented, interactive forum for general Indonesian public to exchange their views regarding the war in Ukraine and combat disinformation surrounding it. The Forum is held by the EU Delegation to Indonesia in cooperation with the Embassy of Ukraine in Indonesia, the Centre of European and Eurasian Studies of Airlangga University, and a youth political awareness platform, Generasi Melek Politik.

Eligibility

  • Participants are aged 15-29 years old by July 2023
  • Participants are willing to actively and fully participate in the offline discussion at the designated date
  • Participants are interested to learn about peace-making and tackling disinformation

How to Register

  1. Post a short answer to the question "How can youths contribute to peace?" to your Instagram story using the template we provide on our Instagram story.
  2. Screenshot your Instagram story.
  3. Fill in the registration form which include submitting your Instagram story screenshot.
  4. Wait for the selection process. Selected youth delegates will be informed by email.
