Summary:

The project aims at providing support to further strengthen Public Finance Management (PFM) Systems in Indonesia. The EU has been supporting PFM reform in Indonesia since 2006 through a Multi-Donors Trust Fund managed by the World Bank. Thanks to this support, the country has established a strong legal framework and has improved its overall public expenditure efficiency level. Although Indonesia has not reached all international standards yet, the country has gained considerable experience in reforming progressively its PFM system.
