Delegation of the European Union to Japan this year offers an “EU-Seat” for an author from any EU member state to participate in the 2024 “Kyoto Writer’s Residency”. The residency will be held from Sep 28 to October 27, 2024 in Kyoto. Eligible are fiction writers and/or poets of any language(s) with at least one full-length book publication. The deadline for applications is March 31, 2024.
