SEALED BID Sealed Bid Sale / Optioning of Used ICT Devices at the Delegation of the European Union to Liberia
SEALED BID SALE/OPTIONING
OPTIONS No: EAS/DELLBRM/2026/001/ICT DEVICES/BID
1.0 The Delegation of the European Union to Liberia will hold a sealed bid sale/optioning of used Information & Communication Technology (ICT) devices (items) at its Office Compound at: 100 UN Drive, Mamba Point, Monrovia, Tel: +231 887000500 / +231 887000600.
All interested bidders can view the used ICT items only on 07/10/2026, between 09:00 and 12:00, and 14:30 and 16:30, when Bid Submission Form can be picked up. Please send an email to DELEGATION-LIBERIA-HOA@eeas.europa.eua day in advance to make an appointment for viewing the ICT devices. All bids must be presented in a sealed envelope and received no later than Friday, 9 October 2026 at 13:00 hr. The subject line for the bid submission should be: Options No: EAS/DELLBRM/2026/001/ICT DEVICES/BID.
2.0 Descriptions / Technical Specifications
This call for bids is divided into ten distinct lots, which are independent of each other. The ten lots with descriptions for each of the ICT items are as follows:

The EU Delegation, as a diplomatic mission with diplomatic tax exemption status, might have purchased the ICT items free of taxes. Therefore, if there be any tax requirement on removal of the bidden items, that will be the sole responsibility of the bidder. The items are sold in used conditions “As is, Where Is” with no guarantees or warranties thereon, either expressed or implied.
The bid with the highest financial offer for each item will be awarded the relevant item(s).
The EU Delegation will contact the winner(s) by 13/10/2026.
All winning bidders must make their payments via bank transfer or cash deposit into the EU Delegation’s account at International Bank (Liberia) Ltd and collect the items on or before 15/10/2026 between 09:00 to 12:00. The Delegation reserves the right to cancel the sale of an item, which bid upon receipt, if it considers the bid too low.
