The Delegation of the European Union in Dakar is launching a call for proposals in order to "Support the commitment of local civil society organizations (CSOs) as actors of governance and socio-economic development of women and young people" .

The specific objectives of this call for proposals are:

• Support the structuring, capacity/skills building, and development of civil society organizations committed to the socio-economic development of the territories;
• Develop and implement a dynamic mechanism for the inclusion and systemic promotion of young economic entrepreneurs within professional, interprofessional and employer organizations.

These guidelines define the scope, the budget, the eligibility requirements, the activities envisaged as well as the evaluation criteria and the call process. An information session will be organized online, during the second week of January 2023.
