On May 28, EU-supported event "How Ukraine is Spending Money on Recovery? A Procurement Analysis" will be held (online)

We invite you to participate in the event "How Ukraine is spending money on recovery? A Procurement Analysis" held as part of "The recovery spending watchdog". The project is supported by the European Union.

For the past year, experts from the "The Recovery Spending Watchdog" project have been conducting monthly reviews of recovery spending and procurement in the sector.  During this time, they have identified several challenges that hinder independent data assessment.

At the event, we will discuss in detail the obstacles civil society organisations face in monitoring recovery procurement, present an analytical note on how Ukraine's procurement system works in the field of reconstruction, and provide recommendations for its improvement.
