Quarterly Monitoring Report on Pro-Russian Disinformation Targeting EU–Ukraine Relations (December 2025 – February 2026)

The EU Delegation-supported regional network of journalists and independent media, in collaboration with the EU-Ukraine Disinformation Awareness and Resilience project team, continues to monitor foreign information manipulation cases, including disinformation narratives, targeting EU–Ukraine relations at the regional level with the aim to debunk emerging false and manipulative content. As a result of this work, we compile and publish quarterly monitoring reports.
