PRE-REGISTRATION FOR INFORMATION SESSION
Applicants attending the Information session at 1 Norfolk Road Mount Pleasant Harare must register for attendance by 19 June at 9am (Brussels time) on the following email: DELEGATION-ZIMBABWE-CALLS-FOR-PROPOSALS@eeas.europa.eu, indicating: name, surname, nationality and email address of the persons who are going to participate as well as their organisation (max. two participants per organisation). No costs incurred by the applicants for attending this information session are reimbursable.
All other provisions of the Guidelines for Applicants remain unchanged.

The European Union is inviting civil society organisations to submit concept notes for projects that strengthen transparent, accountable and inclusive local governance and support sustainable local economic development in Zimbabwe.
Objectives
1. To strengthen meaningful citizen (particularly, women, youth and people living with disabilities) participation in local governance processes for inclusive and sustainable local economic development.
2. To enhance equitable access to justice and promote a citizen-centric approach to justice delivery at the local level, with a particular focus on the rights of women, youth and persons with disabilities.
Who can apply?
- Lead applicants must:
- Be a legal person.
- Be non‑profit‑making.
- Be a non‑governmental organisation (NGO/CSO).
- Be effectively established in Zimbabwe, an EU Member State or another NDICI‑eligible country.
- Be directly responsible for preparing and managing the action (not acting as an intermediary).
- Co‑applicants and affiliated entities must meet the same organisational eligibility criteria.
Geographic focus
Actions must be national in scope and, for the chosen lot, cover all districts in that lot’s corridors:
Lot 1 – Corridors 1, 2 and 3
Corridor 1: Masvingo, Mwenezi, Chiredzi, Beitbridge
Corridor 2: Mbire, Hurungwe, Nyami‑Nyami, Binga
Corridor 3: Murehwa, Mutoko, Mudzi
Lot 2 – Corridors 4 and 5
Corridor 4: Mutare, Mutasa, Makoni, Chipinge
Corridor 5: Harare, Norton, Zvimba, Goromonzi, Marondera, Mazowe, Chegutu, Gweru, Vungu, Shurugwi
Available budget, grant sizes and duration
Total indicative budget: EUR 6 000 000
Lot 1: EUR 3 000 000
Lot 2: EUR 3 000 000
Grant size
Minimum: EUR 1 000 000
Maximum: EUR 3 000 000
Project duration: 24–30 months.

This is a restricted call: applicants first submit a concept note; only pre‑selected organisations will be invited to submit a full application.
