The Delegation of the European Union to the United Kingdom intends to launch a low-value procurement procedure to cover the following services:

The Delegation will seek a service provider to assist the EU Delegation’s public diplomacy programme through the provision of Audio-Visual technical support.

Delegation public diplomacy events organised in this context will primarily take place in at Europe House (SW13EU) or in appropriate venues in London. These will be stakeholder panel events or conferences focused on the areas of relevance to the work of the European Delegation. The EU Delegation intends to establish a framework contract for 4 years. Service providers with an interest to be invited for this procedure should send an email, by, expressing their interest to the functional mailbox DELEGATION-UNITED-KINGDOM-ADMIN-TENDERS@eeas.europa.eu.
