The last restriction on transport turned out to be another challenge for us. Pickers in several markets simply disappeared; some due to a lack of the ability to drive to work and some simply did not want to risk.

Despite this, we could set up new processes, recruit new people and started working in a new mode. How do we cope with the current situation? I am following similar services in other countries. If our delivery takes 1.5-2 days, in Russia it is an average of 5 days, in the USA about a week or more.
