Guidance Handbook on Gaining Market Access in Indonesia for EU Dairy Products

The Delegation of the European Union (EU), through the EU-Indonesia Cooperation Facility (EUICF), has developed the Guidance Handbook on Gaining Market Access in Indonesia for EU Dairy Products to support EU businesses and investors in understanding Indonesia’s trade requirements, as well as facilitate the implementation of the EU-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). 

The handbook provides practical guidance for EU dairy exporters on Indonesia’s import, market access, and customs procedures, while identifying key challenges and opportunities for improving future market access under the CEPA. It is particularly relevant given Indonesia’s growing dairy market, where domestic production remains insufficient and around 80% of dairy consumption continues to rely on imports.
