About EOS
Europe on Screen (EOS) is the European Union (EU) Film Festival organised by the EU diplomatic and cultural representations in Indonesia. This year’s edition – EOS 2026 – marks the 26th instalment of the festival.
The festival was held in Indonesia for the first time in 1990, followed by the second in 1999. Since 2003, the festival has been held annually, showcasing a diverse selection of European cinema to Indonesian audiences.
