The objective of this project, financed by the European Union and implemented by the British Council in Skopje, is to build professional capacity and prepare the next generation of public administrators and policy makers who will be in charge of the accession process and drive and lead future change in their societies.

During the first phase, five young civil servants from the country together with their colleagues from the Western Balkans will take part in a three-week intensive training offered by the School of Public Affairs at the Science PO in Paris and named "Executive certificate in management and public policy".

During the second phase, the selected candidates will take part in a two-week programme for regional exchange with the objective of making connections between civil servants in the Western Balkans and strengthening the cross-border cooperation in the EU accession process.
