EUAM Iraq organised a study trip to Denmark on 20-24 May 2019 for 11 senior Iraqi leaders from the Ministry of Interior (MoI).

The study trip is part of the Mission’s strategic human resource management (SHRM) capacity development program, which builds and strengthens MoI’s capacity to conduct SHRM as part of the Ministry’s reform program. The delegation was hosted by the Danish Ministry of Justice and the National Police, with the support from the Copenhagen Business School. Among the various activities carried out during the study trip, the delegation spent a full day at the National Danish Police department and operational centre, with briefings and discussions on how the Danish police conducts strategic planning and operations.
